Introduction:
The client needed a mobile app that would serve both as a medical consultancy platform and a coaching tool, allowing users to book sessions, consult doctors, and access personalized health resources.
My Role:
Lead UI/UX Designer, responsible for designing the entire user interface and crafting an intuitive user flow for booking, consulting, and interacting with coaches.
Challenges:
One major challenge was to design a comprehensive booking system and ensure that users could quickly access the right information with minimal effort. Another was making the interface feel professional while still being approachable to users.
Goal:
The goal was to simplify the user experience, ensuring that users could easily book consultations and navigate through medical content without feeling overwhelmed.
Impact:
