Introduction:

A medical hospital sought a redesign of their outdated website, wanting to present a modern, professional face to their patients while making it easy for them to find information, book appointments, and access services.

My Role:

Web Designer responsible for creating a fresh, minimalist website that aligns with modern design trends and improves overall usability.

Challenges:

Designing a site that offers a significant amount of information (services, departments, doctor profiles) while maintaining a minimalist, clean aesthetic was challenging. Ensuring accessibility for users of all ages and technical skills was also a priority.

Goal:

The primary goal was to design a professional and approachable website that reflects the hospital’s expertise and makes it easy for users to navigate services and book appointments.

Impact:

The new website design led to an increase in online appointment bookings and overall traffic. The hospital staff reported that patients found it much easier to access the information they needed, and the clean design instilled a sense of trust and professionalism in the hospital’s brand.
